A couple of weeks ago, I spent the weekend with Mom in G-ville. We went down to the Veterans Memorial and I finally took the images off my camera. Whoever planned it did a wonderful job and here are a few of the pictures I took. It was the worst time of the day - noon - and much too sunny to get great pictures. Families could buy bricks to include at the memorial and here is my Dads.
I didn't realize your Dad was in the Korean War. My Dad always called the one he was in the Korean Conflict. Same thing I wonder? We will have to go look at that next time we are in G'ville. I think the pictures are great!
