Chile Con Queso Dip

2 Tbls. real butter - sliced
1 lb. box Velveeta® process cheese food - sliced
8 oz. container sour cream
10 oz. can Ro*Tel® tomatoes and chilies
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

-Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or non-stick 2-quart saucepan.

Wow, I'm really slipping on my blogging. You'd think I'm not doing anything! Actually my hours have been changed at work and it's thrown me off. I'm now working 7-3:30 like a normal person but still waking up at the same 4am and wanting to go to bed at 8pm.

Bart got me a Plant since he killed half of mine when we had to open the door to let all the smoke out! Fireplace and Ice mishap. It's a Palm and I'm sure I've killed that kind before so we shall see.

I was sooo proud of myself. I had your present ready - I was printing something on the computer for you. Then I told your Dad. I'll mail this on Monday and it will be there by Weds. Perfect - right on time! And he says "Her birthday is the 8th" Waaaaah! I had it in my head the 11th even tho it is written on the calendar. I'm losing it I swear! Bowl Party! What a great game - all Cardinal fans here, and didn't they do great! It came sooooo close. Here is Bart and Rick - they thought they were pretty cool - They had the best seats in the house. Food was catered in by Pam so you know we ate good.
